Rangers make Ortiz their first signing of the summer

Rangers have made their first signing of the summer after securing Spanish midfielder Juan Manuel Ortiz from Spanish Segunda Division side Almeria. The 29-year-old has signed a three-year deal with the SPL champions, for an undisclosed fee.
