BBC Scotland have reported that police were forced to intervene at a Juniors game in Ayrshire after rival fans clashed on the pitch. Violence flared up at the game between Cumnock Juniors and Auchinleck Talbot, ending with Auchinleck securing a 3-0 victory. Police had to use CS Spray to stop violent clashes between Hearts and Celtic football hooligans in Ednburgh. Mounted Police were also used, as running battles broke out between rival fans in the Gorgie area of the city, before and after Wednesday’s game
