Adam Rooney swaps the Highlands for Middle England

Birmingham City last night signed Inverness striker Adam Rooney on a two-year deal. The St.Andrews side snapped up Rooney whose contract with the Highland side expired at the end of last season. The Irishman scored 21 goals in 42 games for Terry Butcher’s side, and his arrival is the fourth summer signing for Birmingham City after Marlon King, Morgaro Gomis
