ROSS COUNTY sealed their return to the Premiership with a landslide 4-0 victory over Queen of the South in Dingwall last night.

The Highlanders have made a quickfire comeback to the top flight after last season’s relegation to the Championship.

Brian Graham scored twice for the Staggies, with Ross Stewart and Josh Mullin also on target.

County only required a point to ensure second-place Dundee United could not catch them, but they did things in style with a fine attacking performance against the well-beaten Dumfries visitors.

Stewart headed them into the lead after 21 minutes and shortly after the turnaround Graham doubled the advantage when he nodded in. Mullin claimed No.3 in the 54th minute and Graham collected his second goal nine minutes from time.

The runaway triumph means the Dingwall outfit, coached by joint managers Steven Ferguson and Stuart Kettlewell, can be presented with the Championship trophy in their final game at Falkirk a week today.
