DALLAS IN CHARGE AT HAMPDEN

0

ANDREW DALLAS has been appointed to referee the Celtic v Aberdeen Betfred League Cup Final at Hampden on Sunday.

It will be a first major Cup Final for the 35-year-old whistler and he will be assisted by Graeme Stewart and Frank Connor while the fourth official duties will be handled by Nick Walsh.

The Hampden occasion will be the second time Dallas has refereed both sides in this campaign.

He took charge of the Dons’ 1-1 Premiership draw against Hibs at Easter Road in August and was the man in the middle during the Parkhead side’s goalless stalemate with St Mirren in Paisley in September.

Dallas ordered off Hoops midfielder Olivier Ntcham before half-time after dishing out two yellow cards to the French ace.
