ERIK SVIATCHENKO has left Celtic in a £1.1million deal for FC Midtjylland after his recent loan spell.
The 26-year-old Denmark international defender was bought by ex-Hoops boss Ronny Deila from the same club for £1.4million in January 2016.
Sviatchenko agreed a four-and-a-half year contract with the champions, but Brendan Rodgers allowed him to return to his former club on a temporary contract in January.
The centre-half, who won two league titles, two League Cups and a Scottish Cup at Parkhead, made only two appearances for the first team before his switch.
Sviatchenko spent seven years with FC Midtjylland prior to his move to Glasgow.
He helped the team to win the Danish during his four-month loan period.
