SCOTLAND fans will have to stay up into the wee small hours to watch their international team during their two-match summer tour.

The SFA have confirmed the kick-off times for the friendly double-header against Peru and Mexico and the Tartan Army may have to go into overtime on the Horlicks to stay awake.

Alex McLeish’s side will face Peru in Lima at 8pm local time – 2am UK time – on Tuesday May 29.

They then take on Mexico at the Azteca Stadium on Sunday, June 3 at 7pm local time, 1am our time.

The fixtures will provide World Cup warm-ups for the Scots’ opposition, while it will give returning boss McLeish another opportunity to assess his squad following the 1-0 home defeat against Costa Rica and 1-0 win over Hungary in Budapest in March.

Scotland’s next competitive action will be in the new UEFA Nations League between September and November, when they take on Albania and Israel.
