ENGLISH Premier League outfits Bournemouth and Brighton are reported to be monitoring Scott Sinclair’s position at Celtic.

The former Swansea, Manchester City and Aston Villa frontman hasn’t been an automatic choice in recent months for Brendan Rodgers, who paid £4.5million for the player in the summer of 2016.

Sinclair, who celebrates his 29th birthday today, has netted 17 goals this season, but was an unused substitute in the 3-2 win at Ibrox earlier this month.

He came on in the second-half of the Hoops’ last game, the 0-0 draw with Motherwell at Fir Park.

His form has dipped somewhat during this campaign, but Rodgers, who signed him on a four-year deal from Villa, could still see him as a key member of his first team squad.
