TOMMY WRIGHT has opened the door for Danny Swanson to return to St Johnstone, should Hibs and the player decide to part ways.
The midfielder, who left McDiarmid Park in the summer, has been limited to just ten appearances for the Easter Road side due to injuries. However, Wright has insisted that he’d welcome the player back if he wanted to return.
“If there is an opportunity where he is available and shows a willingness to come back, I wouldn’t have a problem, as he’s done extremely well here.
“Danny’s future is for Hibs and Neil to decide, and not me.”
Swanson, 31, has enjoyed two previous spells with the Perth club and has been linked with an exit from Easter Road after he was one of three player reprimanded by Neil Lennon for breaking the club’s curfew at their training base in the Algarve.
