BOSS Slavisa Jokanovic insists it will be a huge error for Fulham to sell former Rangers attacker Sone Aluko.
The Craven Cottage outfit confirmed they have received “multiple bids” from an unnamed club – believed to be Reading – for the Nigerian frontman.
They added they “understand his true value” of the 28-year-old attacker who also played for Aberdeen.
Jokanovic said: “All I can do is fight. Around me, there is news we’re thinking about selling him.
“If we do this, then it will be a big mistake for my team.”
Fulham could now offer a contract extension to the player who arrived from Hull City last summer and scored nine goals in 50 appearances.
Aluko played in the weekend 3-0 hammering from Bundesliga side Wolfsburg in London.
