FORMER Rangers and Hearts winger David Templeton is bidding to relaunch his career at Dundee United.
The 28-year-old has been training with the Tannadice outfit since last week as he looks to get back on track.
Templeton hasn’t played for 18 months because of injury and has been without a club since leaving Ibrox last summer.
Earlier this season, he trained with Raith Rovers and last month Templeton linked up with Vancouver Whitecaps for their pre-season camp in Wales.
Tayside boss Ray McKinnon will monitor Templeton’s fitness with the view to initially offering him a short-term deal.
