DUNDEE boss Paul Hartley has signed former St Johnstone striker Marcus Haber after he impressed during a recent trial at Dens Park.
The rock-bottom Tayside outfit have been struggling to score goals this season following the summer departures of frontmen Kane Hemmings and Greg Stewart.
And Hartley is hopeful the Canadian international will solve the problem with his team toiling for points.
Haber is likely to be included in the squad to face Partick Thistle tomorrow night as the Dens men look for a win which would take them above their visitors in the Premiership.
Patrick Thistle will have to pick themselves up after conceding a last gasp equaliser to Ross County at Firhill on Saturday when super sub Chris Burke snatched a point with almost five minutes of injury time having been played.
Sean Welsh had given Thistle a half time lead and it looked like the Jags had secured their first league win of the season when Burke secured a point for The Staggies, who now face league leaders Celtic tomorrow evening in Dingwall.
