Highlights: Rory Loy helps Dundee to a 3-1 win over Ross County Post-Hemmings era starts with a bang


All the talk in the run-up to Dundee’s first league game of the season was how they would survive without the goals of Kane Hemmings, who was sold to Oxford United at the end of last month.

It looks as though the Dees will have nothing to worry about in that respect as Rory Loy popped up twice on Saturday to score against Ross County and with Paul McGowan bagging a third – Paul Hartley’ side secured all three points against the Staggies who saw Craig Curran score, what was a late consolation goal.
