New Scotland home & away kits unveiled: Marmite editions

The new Scotland home and away kits have been unveiled by the Scottish FA for the 2018 World Cup qualification campaign.

In what we are describing as the ‘marmite editions’ both home and away kits made by Adidas have been getting mixed reviews on social media.

Celtic and Scotland captain Scott Brown, Hearts full back Callum Paterson and Scotland women’s internationals Rachel Corsie and Leanne Crichton modelled the new kits at JD Sports’ new superstore on Argyle Street in Glasgow on Sunday night.

The home shirt features a dark blue tartan design with white sleeves and the classic Adidas three stripes. White shorts and dark blue socks with a white band around the top finish off a quite classy looking kit.

And the away kit…. well what can we say? It is Pink. Very Pink with black flashing along the shoulders and the Adidas three stripe design down the arm. The shorts are black with the three stripes in pink and it is finished off with a pair of black socks with a pink band around the top.
