French Ligue 2 side Metz have completed the signing of Celtic striker Amido Balde on a two year deal.
We reported back in June that Metz were close to signing the Guinean international.
Celtic signed Balde from Portuguese outfit Vitoria Guimaraes for just over £1.3 million in June 2013, but failed to secure regular first team football under previous manager Neil Lennon and never made a single appearance for Celtic under Ronny Deila last season. He was sent out on loan to Belgian side Beveren and later Israeli club Hapoel Tel Aviv.
The 24-year-old played just 24 first team appearances for Celtic, scoring just three times.
