Pedal for MND Scotland

0

The Final Whistle’s presenter Phil Green and two others will embark on a mammoth journey on the 12th June, as they attempt to ride 400 miles between all SPFL Premiership grounds in just four days!

Before they do this though, they will visit each ground in Scotland’s League Championship and Leagues One & Two.

The guys will be doing a video blog of their progress in training and on each night.

MND-SCOTLAND

Phil Green’s Gran passed away in the late 70’s with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). Back then, sufferers of this condition didn’t have the help and support that is available today through MND Scotland who do a fantastic job – and he is cycling across Scotland in tribute to her.

John McKendrick and Laurie Findlay make up the trio of cyclists. McKendrick has written a number of books on cycling in Scotland and Findlay has cycled between London and Edinburgh.
