Rangers have signed five Newcastle United players on transfer deadline day, with all signing loan deals until the end of the season.
Gael Bigirimana, Shane Ferguson, Kevin Mbabu, Remie Streete and Haris Vuckic have all swapped the Black & White of Newcastle for the Light Blue of Rangers.
21-year-old midfielder Gael Bigirimana has made 28 appearances for Newcastle since arriving from Coventry City in the summer of 2012 for £1m, but has failed to make a single first team appearance since August 2013.
Slovenian international Vuckic, joined Newcastle from Domzale in 2009 and has had brief loan spells at Cardiff City and Rotherham United.
19-year-old Kevin Mbabu has been with United since 2013 and Streete spent time on loan at Port Vale last year while Ferguson, has had two loan spells at Birmingham.
United owner Mike Ashley and Rangers are currently facing Scottish FA charges over alleged dual ownership and the loan signings of five United players is further evidence to back up such claims of impropriety on the part of Ashley.
