Queen of the South appoint James Fowler as manager



Queen of the South have named James Fowler as their new manager. Fowler joined the Dumfries side during the summer as a player-coach and was appointed in an interim basis following the departure of Jim McIntyre to Premiership side Ross County.

Fowler has been given the position until the end of the season, after impressing in the previous three games he oversaw.

The Doonhamers are currently fourth in the SPFL championship.
