Brora Rangers may have won the league already however they produced another top class performance to brush aside Huntly 6-0 to take their goal difference up to +102.

Locos were the day’s big scorers, recording a thumping 7-0 win at home to Wick Academy. Neil Gauld netted a brace with further goals from David Ross, Neil McLean, Ross Anderson, Andy Hunter and Martin Bavidge.

Formartine were 2-1 winners over Cove Rangers, who had no happy return to Pitmedden following last season’s last-day league decider, a winner from Daniel Park proved to be the difference.

Nairn maintained their position after a 1-0 win over Buckie with Stuart Leslie grabbing the winning goal, it’s an exciting race between Locos, Nairn and Formartine in the race for 2nd.

Rothes and Lossiemouth shared the points in the Moray derby at McKessack Park, Liam Archibald gave the visitors the lead before a Michael Dunn penalty 7 minutes from time made sure Rothes weren’t empty handed.

Fraserburgh were denied the chance to go level on points with Formartine after a 1-1 draw away to Clachnacuddin, Scott Graham gave the Lilywhites a 9th minute lead before Scott Barbour levelled for the Broch with a nour on the clock.

Deveronvale will at least finish 6th this season after a 2-0 win at home to Fort William, goals from Ricky Wardrope and Craig Cowie was enough for the Banffers.

Nothing seperated Turriff United and Forres Mechanics with Turriff perhaps having one eye on the Aberdeenshire Shield Final on the 30th April against Inverurie.

Keith picked up their 2nd win on the bounce with a 1-0 win away to Strathspey Thistle, a Stuart Massie penalty proved the difference.
