Darren Fletcher returns to the Scotland fold

Gordon Strachan has named the Scotland squad to face Poland in an international friendly next month. Strachan has handed Manchester United midfielder Darren Fletcher his first call up since November 2012, after the Scot battled ulcerative colitis.

19 year old left back Andrew Robertson has also been called up to Gordon Strachan’s side after impressing for Dundee United. There was no place for Leigh Griffiths, Jordan Rhodes, Stevie May or Lee Wallace.
