The draw for the semi finals of the Scottish Communities League Cup sees Ayrshire rivals Kilmarnock and Ayr United pitied against one another to fight it out for a place in the final of the competition. While Falkirk were handed a semi final tie against Celtic.
Falkirk who have already knocked out Rangers and Dundee United en route to the semi finals are looking to pile more pressure on a beleaguered Celtic side, who currently sit 12 points behind rivals Rangers in the SPL.
Ayr United face their Ayrshire neighbours Kilmarnock after knocking out Inverness, Hearts and St.Mirren in previous rounds.
The ties will be played on 28 and 29 January, with Hampden Park the likely venue for both games.
