Changes at the top for Rangers


With last night’s news that Rangers were finally taken over by Craig Whyte, there has already been changes at board room level at Ibrox Park.

Directors Michael McGill and Donald Muir have resigned with immediate effect. While Chairman Alastair Johnston will resign as both director and Chairman of Rangers FC on 16th May 2011.

Craig Whyte has been appointed as director of Rangers with immediate effect, and business associate Phil Betts has also joined the Rangers board also, with immediate effect.
